The uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 crisis has upended plans for many; the hope is we all recover from any setbacks it has caused.
To assist those who have or may have to postpone their wedding or special event, Flash Jam Entertainment is offering the following:
Waive the fee(s) associated with changes in dates that are postponed.
The retainer used to hold dates will be honored for up to 24 months from the original date of event.
The retainer can be transferred to another individual or organization.
Support from several of our talented industry partners to provide service, should your rescheduled date be sold out on our calendar. Please check our availability by clicking here or by selecting 'Pricing and Availability' at the top of any of our web pages.
We encourage you to seek low demand dates such as Friday, Sunday, or a weekday when reaching out to your venue and other vendors to reschedule your event.
We cannot guarantee you will be assigned the same DJ, but we will do our best to make it happen. You will be notified prior to the addendum being sent, if your original DJ is already booked.
Besides postponed or rescheduled dates, please refer to the original signed agreement for all other terms.
Upon rescheduling, an updated invoice and addendum to the original agreement will be sent for you to sign and return back to us.
